An All-America Selections Winner Spinach variety, huge dark green leaves and fast growing, slow bolting, excellent flavor.

Giant Noble Spinach is a vigorous plant and spreading in habit, can spread up to 25 inches. Its maturity is 43 days for entire plant but you can star harvesting tender baby green leaves at 3” after about 3 weeks.

Also known as Long-Standing Gaudry, it is slow to bolt and easy to grow. Excellent variety for canning or freezing when you have more fresh harvest than you can eat.
