• Most Culantro/Mexican coriander seedlings/plants leaves will be around 5” (or slightly higher) in length.
• All plants will ship prompt on demand as available daily. Plants are wrapped with moist shredded paper and very limited soil for shipping.
• For best results, plant within a day or two in container or directly into garden with a little shade protection to keep plant from afternoon sunburn.
• Please make sure you are ready for your order in your zone as these young, tender plants generally have no resistance to cold.
• If you need to delay planting for a few days, leave plants in their packaging and put them in a cool, shady place. Keep the roots moist and do not allow the plants to freeze or dry out.
• Plants are shipped with USPS First-Class Mail with Tracking Number and available in about 3-4 days.

Culantro is an herb that has a similar aroma and flavor to cilantro, but stronger. Because of this strong flavor, the leaves are often added during cooking to be nicely diminished under heat.
Culantro/Mexican coriander can also be chopped and frozen in water in ice cube trays like basil. It is a member Apiaceae family, which includes carrots, celery, parsley, and parsnip
Culantro (Eryngium foetidum) grows similar to lettuce, with leaves around a central rosette. A Culantro plant can be 1 foot tall and the leaves as much as 2 inches wide at the peak of its growth.
