A bold and intense, slightly spicy, authentic type of Thai basil often used in popular dishes such as Pad Krapao or Pad Kra Pow Gai.

Red leaf holy basil has pointed, purple-tinged leaves, deep burgundy to dark red stems. This Asian basil variety grows very well in containers and has an ornamental appeal, flowers are also particularly beloved of pollinators.
