An easy to grow Japanese mustard that can take cold and heat, long 12-18” leaf harvest in just 45 days.

Giant Red Japanese Mustards has produce high yield of purple-red leaves with a delicious, strong, sharp flavor. With rich garlic-like, mustard flavor the leaves serve a sinus-clearing punch similar to Dijon-style mustard.

The plant is upright, large rosettes up to 18" tall, very colorful; with deep red purplish savoy leaves edged and veined pale green.

Harvest tips: You can pick the lower leaves as cut-and-come-again greens or harvest the entire plant at once before the foliage becomes too tough.
